The operating system for luxury travel advisors.

Replace 5+ tools with one platform that pays for itself in month one — built around Claude Cowork, so the AI you already use becomes a co-pilot for your business.

For your clients

Your work, in their pocket.

Every itinerary you build syncs to a free iOS + Android app that your clients install once. They get the day-by-day, the offline vouchers, and a direct chat thread with you — branded as your agency on Studio and above.

Travelers never need a TripPortfolio account; your invitation logs them in. The advisor experience — the part this homepage is really about — runs entirely in the dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

Everything advisors ask before they switch. If you have something else, email us directly.

    • How do I migrate from TravelJoy?

Start with our CSV import wizard — a four-step flow with fuzzy column mapping and a validation preview that handles the client list export TravelJoy gives you. Trip and itinerary history can be brought across alongside it. Agency-tier accounts get assisted migration: our team reviews your export, maps the edge cases, and sits with you through the cutover so nothing slips.

    • Does this replace Travefy and Axus?

Yes — that is the point. TripPortfolio combines a real CRM, an AI-assisted itinerary builder with branded share links and PDF export, hotel and flight quoting, invoicing with Stripe, commission tracking, and a client mobile app in one workspace. Most advisors we onboard are leaving a TravelJoy + Travefy or TravelJoy + Axus stack and consolidating to a single subscription.

    • What is the Claude Cowork integration?

TripPortfolio ships a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that securely exposes your itineraries, properties, contacts, quotes, and notes to Claude — or any other MCP-aware AI client. Connect once and Claude can draft proposals from your real supplier history, surface the right hotel for a returning client, and update trips with you in the loop. It is an agentic copilot that works with your data, not a chatbot bolted onto someone else’s. Available on the Agency plan.

    • How does the mobile app work for my clients?

Clients get a branded iOS, Android, and web app at app.tripportfolio.ai with their itinerary, documents, and a direct chat to you. Accounts are required from day one so docs stay private to the right traveler, and the itinerary plus boarding passes and confirmations are available offline once downloaded. Push notifications cover schedule changes and advisor messages.

    • Is my data secure?

TripPortfolio runs on Google Cloud — Firestore Native for structured data and Cloud Storage for files, both encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Every query is scoped to your organization at the auth layer, so no advisor or agency can read another’s data. Sensitive fields like passport and license numbers are encrypted at the application layer with per-tenant keys, and credit cards are tokenized through Stripe — we never store raw card data. Share links use single-purpose tokens; logged-in users use short-lived JWTs; programmatic access uses per-organization service tokens.

    • Can I customize branding for my agency?

Yes. Your logo and color palette flow through every traveler-facing surface: itinerary share pages, branded PDF exports, the client mobile app, invoices, and transactional email. Agency-tier accounts can also use a custom email sender domain so messages reach clients from your address, not ours.

For your clients

Your clients get the mobile app, too.
