Itineraries are the killer app of every travel-advisor business — and the one most prone to drowning the advisor in formatting busywork. TripPortfolio's builder treats the itinerary as structured data first (days, segments, reservations, vouchers, contacts) and a beautiful document second, so the same source produces a branded PDF, a mobile-app view, and a structured feed that downstream automations can read.

The "Draft with AI" button is the canonical hook in the onboarding tour: paste in a few notes ("9 nights Tuscany + Amalfi, anniversary, foodies, May, we like Castello di Ama") and Claude returns a complete day-by-day with hotel matches, suggested activities, and reservation slots already structured. You then drag-and-drop, trim, and substitute until it's yours — but the first 80% of the work is done before you finish your coffee.

Branded itinerary PDFs (Studio+) carry your agency's logo, fonts, and colours. The traveler mobile app shows the same itinerary in their pocket with offline voucher access — boarding passes, restaurant addresses, and driver phone numbers all available even when they're out of signal in a Sardinian village.

On Advisor: unlimited itineraries with the standard TripPortfolio footer on the client portal. Studio adds branded PDFs and removes the footer. Agency adds full white-label so the entire client experience runs on your domain.
