Claude Cowork MCP

Every other travel CRM treats AI as a button on a dashboard. TripPortfolio treats AI as the dashboard. The Claude Cowork MCP integration lets Claude — the same Claude Desktop app you already pay $20/mo for — securely read your TripPortfolio data: clients, itineraries, properties, supplier notes, past quotes. Then act on it.

A typical session: you open Claude Desktop, type "summarise the Hartmans' anniversary trip and draft a wheels-up email reminding them about the Castello check-in." Claude reads the trip, picks up the May 14 departure date from the itinerary, sees the hotel-confirmation note in the trip log, and produces a finished email with the right names, dates, and the right voice. You review, send, done.

Because MCP is an open standard, this works with any MCP-aware AI client — Claude Desktop today, others as they add support. Setup takes 60 seconds: you enable the integration in Settings → Integrations, copy a one-time auth string, and paste it into Claude Desktop. From then on, every Claude conversation has read + write access to your client data, scoped to the organizations you're a member of.

Available on every tier from Advisor up. This is the deliberate strategic move — every paying customer touches it during onboarding, because the AI integration is what makes TripPortfolio different from Travefy or Axus.
